What started as a mother-daughter pottery class in 2019 quickly grew into a new hobby, a new business and an absolute dream come true!
Now, Muddy Duck Designs is a family-owned business that creates and sells individually handcrafted, one-of-a-kind stoneware pottery treasures.

If you've been to our shows, chances are you've met Dave! Dave is Kathie's loving husband, baby ducks' awesome stepdad, and the MDD Facilities Manager, glazing assistant & general handyman.
Dave also creates beautiful hand turned wooden bowls & trinket boxes using both domestic and exotic woods. You'll see some of Dave's one-of-a-kind work at certain shows that allow multimedia, including Bedford's Fall Foliage Festival!
